These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solvork website, applications, tools, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any other person to use your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or created risk or legal exposure for Solvork or others.

3. Educational Purpose Only

Solvork is provided as a study support and homework assistance tool for informational and educational purposes only. The Services are not a substitute for independent learning, coursework, assignments, exams, academic judgment, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for how you use the Services and for ensuring that your use complies with the rules, policies, honor codes, and academic integrity requirements of your school, institution, program, instructor, examination body, or other applicable authority.

You may not present, submit, or represent Solvork's outputs as your own original work where doing so would violate applicable academic rules, institutional policies, or other obligations.

4. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

Solvork uses artificial intelligence and related technologies to generate answers, explanations, and other educational support content. The output generated by the Services may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or usefulness of any output generated through the Services. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and evaluating all outputs before relying on them.

Your use of any output is entirely at your own risk.

5. User Content

You may submit, upload, input, or otherwise provide text, images, documents, prompts, questions, files, and other materials through the Services ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant Solvork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, analyze, transmit, and use that User Content as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, improve, secure, and develop the Services, and to enforce these Terms and applicable policies.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or control all rights necessary to submit the User Content; (b) your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any third-party rights; (c) your User Content does not violate any law, regulation, contract, school policy, academic code, or other applicable obligation.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting or using it through the Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• violate any school, institutional, academic, or examination rule or policy;
• upload, submit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content;
• upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• interfere with, disrupt, damage, or impair the Services or related systems;
• scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or extract data from the Services by automated means without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying models, systems, or technology of the Services, except where prohibited by law;
• bypass or attempt to bypass usage limits, access restrictions, security measures, subscription controls, or account limitations;
• use the Services for unauthorized commercial exploitation, resale, or account sharing;
• use the Services in any way that could harm Solvork, other users, or third parties.

We may investigate violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, restricting access, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, interfaces, branding, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other content made available by Solvork, are owned by or licensed to Solvork and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your lawful personal use.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, license, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Certain features of the Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription, credits, or any paid feature, you authorize Solvork and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, charges, and taxes.

All prices are displayed as stated at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges unless otherwise stated.

If you purchase a subscription, your subscription may renew automatically for successive billing periods unless you cancel before the next renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes at the beginning of each renewal period unless and until you cancel.

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not want it to renew. Cancellation will stop future renewals only.

If a payment fails, is declined, or cannot be completed, we may suspend or limit your access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.

9. Refund Policy

All purchases made through Solvork are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

This applies to all subscription payments, recurring charges, one-time purchases, credits, add-ons, premium features, and any other paid Services.

No refunds will be provided for partially used subscriptions, partially used billing periods, partially used credits, partially consumed usage allowances, or any unused portion of the Services after purchase.

If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will apply only to future renewals. You will retain access, if applicable, until the end of your current paid billing period, but you will not receive any refund or partial refund for any used or unused portion of that billing period.

10. Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials, discounted access, promotional pricing, or other special offers from time to time. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, such offers may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the promotional period unless canceled before renewal.

We may limit eligibility for any trial or promotional offer and may modify or withdraw such offers at any time. Abuse of trials, discounts, or promotional offers is prohibited.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Services, or any part of them, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services at our discretion.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Solvork disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations or requirements, that any output will be accurate or suitable, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvork and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvork's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Solvork for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solvork and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: your use of the Services; your User Content; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any law, regulation, third-party right, academic policy, or institutional rule.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, failed to pay required fees, created risk for Solvork or others, or engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you delete your account or cancel a subscription, Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including without limitation provisions relating to payments, refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and any accrued rights or obligations.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and process information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version and revise the "Last Updated" date above.

By continuing to use the Services after updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
